Reflecting on "And the fire keeps getting stoked!"

 This is a repost from when I was attempting the blog game way back. I am not sure it was even posted, but thought it was so fitting for this week, 11/6/24.

This was originally written in 2016 during election period. I find it amusing how comparable to 2024 it really is. Now, please excuse the format as I have not edited anything. There will be grammatical errors as well as questions, but hey, it's what I was thinking at the time. 

And the Fire Keeps Getting Stoked!

On my journey through the Facebook slander sections I started to get very upset. But I stopped, sat back for a moment and started to laugh. I was laughing at many, many of the comments I was reading. So
I will cut to the chase and give a quick break down of my conclusion:

Clinton is a perfect role model for America.

All of Clinton's supporters are highly educated, smart, innocent, hardworking, and above all completely unbiased toward anyone.

Trump on the other hand is a mistake and a total bigot.

All of Trump's supporters are an embarrassment, uneducated, racist, dumb, insulting, idiots, and let us not forget...deplorable.

I gathered up some of the exerts of what I was reading. Now let me add a few exact quotes:

"a large number are uneducated"

"that not true"

"She ain't no newcomer"

"most of them are so blinded by bigotry and ignorance"

"he not just has to loose this Nov 8"

"puppets"

"they bigots too"

There are too many to keep listing, and all of the above are from Clinton supporters. I am not taking anything out of context, I am just providing what I want you to see from the actual dialogues. Just like the media does for you. 

Please contributors, check your grammar before letting the insults fly. And oh my goodness, there is more name-calling and insulting from the Clinton supporters thrown out to those who do not have the same beliefs as themselves than a 3rd grade playground rally.

Not to burst your bubble, but Clinton is not perfect. Her guilt has not been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt for any of the shady activities over the past 35 years. But what she has proven is it's all in who you know. Ask President Obama who declares her the perfect choice to run this country. Wait! Didn't he have some pretty scathing things to say about Hilary in the 2008 campaign run, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6f4tZFZ_-g, he and Michelle? Now Hilary is a saint? How can this happen in just 8 years? It took Mother Teresa a lifetime.
Face it, there is more scandal in the Clinton family history than Wall Street. I ask you, how is it a self-respecting person can stick by the side of a known adulterer, (who has not changed over the years), unless there was an agenda behind the marriage. Not even in Hollywood do couples stay together after one or the other was caught cheating that many times.

So, I have another question about something that was insinuated the other night during the debate; Hilary now says most people in America are implicitly biased, everybody needs to do a self check.

With all of the encouraging demonstrations out there on America's streets to bring equality to those considered oppressed, why is it that it has been exclusive to "Only Black Lives Matter"? I watch as there are many "white" supporters marching along side for this cause, but with all of the efforts, the violence from the BLM movement is directed at "white" people, and only "white" people. The signs "All Lives Matter" are torn out of peoples hands, spit on, and set on fire, along with the attempt of a white senior citizen being set on fire. Sounds like a good way to get your message across. Hatred, violence, vandalism, and theft doesn't sound any better than what you accuse the "white race" of doing. Somebody should buy the trademark to "Black Lives Matter" and sue the crap out of anyone that uses it for anything other than peaceful activism.

I hope that in all of this touting and these riotous demonstrations American citizens of all ethnic backgrounds can see what this is starting to resemble. Someone should dig real deep to see who are the main backers and investors in this, I will bet you are very surprised.

So back to the original equation: Nobody has asked the right question to the presidential candidates because they are so caught up in garbage and scandal love.

"What can you, as the president, do for me the American citizen and my way of life, without tying my hands behind my back?"

And the fire keeps getting stoked!

As I said, that was written before the election of 2016. I have since changed my view on many things; how I enjoy high gas prices, my love for high priced groceries, the divide in our people, all Americans, and my love for lifelong politicians.
If you do your research on all the division in America it always seems to lead back to a certain group of people, that do not have the best interests of the American citizen.
